PDH Credits are available for purchase for all eligable live webinars. Additional individuals viewing a webinar with the registrant are also eligible to purchase PDH Credits. Follow the steps below:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
1.) Purchase the total number of PDH credits needed for each webinar<o:p></o:p>
2.) Download and submit the Attendance Sheet which is available for download at www.PumpLearning.org/AttendanceDoc. List all eligible attendees.<o:p></o:p>
Once you complete your purchase you will be provided an Order Number. Please include your Order Number on the AttendanceDoc.<o:p></o:p>
Participants requesting PDH credit for live HI webinars must be documented on this site attendance sheet by an onsite administrator. Certificates will be sent via email within twelve (12) business days of receiving the completed form. Electronic records are retained by HI for six years. <o:p></o:p>
