Description

This webinar is intended to educate those who need to understand details of pump system optimization coupled with important capital equipment decisions. It presents practical information for those who have not had broad exposure to pumping systems and for those who wish to improve the systems for which they are responsible. The ultimate goal is to educate those designing, maintaining and operating pumps and the systems in which the pumps are applied to minimize energy consumption while maximizing reliability with consideration of the associated life cycle costs for the systems we collectively rely on every day.

This webinar will provide attendees with an understanding of the following core principles:

  1. What Pump System Optimization (PSO) is and the tangible benefits
  2. Life cycle cost and financial justification of PSO
  3. How pumping systems consume energy and why they consume more energy than is required
  4. Why optimizing systems improves both energy consumption and reduces maintenance
  5. Principal methods to optimize pumping systems
  6. Roadmap to take the next steps to implement pump system optimization

This webinar applies broadly to those involved in the pumping industry and pump system owners and operators with particular importance to the following:

  • Technical sales
  • Technical services
  • Field services
  • Maintenance, operations, and reliability personnel
  • Energy professionals
  • Pump system owners and procurement personnel
