Description

This webinar will go over in detail how pump input power is calculated based on torque and speed measurements, or the measurement of electrical input power.  These calculations along with hydraulic measurements of flow and total head will be used to calculate pump efficiency, and overall efficiency.

Key learning objectives to take away are:

  • Pump input power from torque and speed measurements
  • Pump input power from electrical input power measured to the motor
  • Calculate hydraulic power, and the important variables
  • Calculate pump efficiency and overall efficiency

Who should attend:

  • Test technicians and engineers
  • Technical service engineers
  • Pump specifiers, purchasers, and end users
  • PSAPs
  • Purchasers of 14.6, 40.6, 11.6, 3.6, 6.6, 10.6

This webinar will last approximately 45 minutes with 15 minutes allowed for Q&A with the instructor. Participants of the live session will earn one (1) PDH credit.
